Efficiency in the search for a model for the improvement of management by processes, in the Santa Rosa canton

Abstract

Management by processes is a form of organization in which the client's vision of the company's activities must stand out, this term is of great relevance in business, since it provides efficiency, productivity, control and agility in each of the processes that are carried out, and the result is evidenced in the business profits.
The study is focused on the search for a process management model to improve efficiency in the Seafood Bar "A Donde Danilo", where the design of a file by processes such as its flowchart was proposed, and, to obtain that required research on issues related to process management, among them; Process file, information required for the development of a file, elaboration of a flow chart, the objectives that a flow chart covers and the existing types of flow chart.
In addition, the study covered a field exploration, since it was necessary to resort to said business, to obtain information about its operation, taking into account customer service and the execution time of each of the processes Likewise, the exploratory-descriptive method was used.
Finally, the required data collection instrument was the interview, where a questionnaire of 6 questions was prepared for the manager - owner of said business, and the result obtained was that in the business each employee knows the duties and obligations that must be fulfilled. , thus offering the customer an excellent service.
