Abstract

At present there is a large consumption of yogurt worldwide, it is a food derived from dairy obtained by fermentation, it also contains a large amount of important nutrients for our health. On the other hand, there are people who cannot consume yogurt because they suffer from lactose intolerance, for these reasons they completely deprive themselves of this food. For this reason, it is proposed to produce and elaborate Soy Yogurt, being a 100% natural product.
This research project is about “La soya; market analysis and its commercialization in the city of Machala ”and its main objective is to carry out a market study on soy yogurt by collecting data, in order to commercialize the finished product. For which, it is determined that this product provides multiple benefits for human health, where it prevents the appearance of cholesterol and diseases related to the consumption of sugar and fats, that is; it does not contribute fat to our body, therefore, it shares a wide wealth of nutrients. In addition, probiotics that produce important vitamins to the body will be used in order to contribute to a balanced health.
For the proper market analysis, the supply and demand of the product was determined, it was carried out through the surveys applied to the people of the city of Machala, also with the surveys it is established at what quantity they are willing to purchase the 1-liter product. The launch of the product will be carried out in the northern part of the canton of Machala, as it is a significant area in terms of population and later it will be carried out for consumption throughout the country.
